  Nice, clean and spacious and well-equipped suites. Fast check. Very nice breakfast. Value for money. Location is very close to shops. 7-eleven is just across the road. A metro station is a short walk distance. I really recommend it especially for families.

  We booked the hotel a couple weeks ago and our stay was great and they accommodated our early arrival because of our 20 hour flight we arrived at hotel at 5am. We came again on our second trip due to short notice and we are in adoption process. We sent a response after we booked for the second time that we would be arriving early and we were never sent back a no or anything that said they could not accommodate. We get to the hotel at 5 am again and front desk says we have no record and we can’t do anything for you check in is at 3pm. I went back and forth and there was never an accommodation of any sort offered (no resteraunt or pool use) just a blunt “no, sorry” They did not work with us at all and we sat in there lobby all day 6 hours until they “tried their hardest” getting us in. We will not be staying here again. I recommend other hotels close by with same accommodations.

  Fourth time we were here (previously Fraser suites) and as expected very nice! We love the spacious apartments, especially when you have little kids 😁.

  Stunning rooms in a convenient location. Great pool, breakfast not massive but really good scrambled eggs and coffee. Fast internet. And really friendly service.
