  Janchi Noodle Limited My personal favorite restaurant. Although it doesn't taste great, it tastes much thinner than rest stop udon. Rather than the fishy taste of anchovies, it's just an ordinary broth exquisitely captured with Dipoli + soy sauce base broth..
