  Cute clothes and great skin care products. But I am giving a two star review because the cashier made TWO mistake on my purchase - didn’t type in the buy one get one free discount; and didn’t apply the 30% off sale price on a piece of clothing. I had to point it out on the discount; and had to go back 10min later when I noticed in the receipt that the discounted dress price was not applied. The cashier was probably new which I understand, but what I thought terrible was the other staff just watched and didn’t offer to help her when I pointed out her mistake. They just kept doing their thing even though they were standing next to us. Very bad atmosphere. The dress price mistake costed an extra 20min to sort out in the store because the cashier didn’t know how to do cancel/ redo the purchase with tax free applied. Eventually someone came to help. But they were not apologetic at all and looked at me like I’m a demanding customer. If I did not catch the mistakes, I would have paid about 45000 won extra. I would still go shop here because I love some brands, but I will ALWAYS double check the purchase item receipt even if I don’t read Korean.

  옷 사려고 뒤적거리고 있으면 직원들이 자기들이 정리정돈한 상품 손 댄다고 노려보는 신기한 곳...아 그리고 이 브랜드 특징인 것 같은데 손님인 척 하는 알바생들이 있어요
