::Soft-boiled cheesecake...just JMT...I think the owner just learned baking and made it, but it's so delicious. It's just so delicious whether you eat it fresh or frozen. The location is on the outskirts, but if it were downtown, the owner would probably have been too busy. The cafe is also quiet, which is nice!
