::Rude and unhelpful. Lack of clear information and a terrible system of not having an open line to call for queries and all emails get only an automated response. Staff expect efficiency from applicants yet run on an appointment only system whereby one arrives before said appointment yet made to wait nearly 1 hour for the actual meeting and then rushed through it and dismissed. I have travelled to 30 countries - so far the French Embassy is the worst I have dealt with. Next time I go in if things have not improved I will make an official complaint.
