::New building, small parking lot. Parked at the Arts Center. It's clean, the water pressure is good, and it's great because you can watch the programs you want without having to log in.

::It varies a bit depending on the condition of the day. If the room next door smokes too much, the bathroom can smell a little like cigarettes. Other than that, everything was fine. Being able to watch Netflix freely is a big plus!

::Parking lot is small I checked in at 3pm, but I was hanging out in Jeju. When I entered the room, it smelled like cigarettes. The humidity was high and the blanket was damp. I have a dehumidifier, so I turn it on and the air conditioner. To control the humidity in the room, turn on the exhaust fan in the bathroom and smoke. I can't smell it (I can't smell it at all) When I went to take a shower, I looked at the shower head and saw a woman's hair. Cigarette ash was visible in the sink. The wallpaper is crying from moisture here and there, and the outlets are too. It's not enough because the smell of cigarettes stings my eyes all night long. I couldn't sleep well I made a reservation through the How about here app, but ugh... It's just like a local inn. Not recommended

::nice clean and quiet place but the room service is not good. i hope they offer more coffee stick rations. they don't clean the room while you're out touring jeju city. but overall the place is GOOD!
