  On this trip to Jeju, we stayed at 5 hotels. This one might be the most disappointing. I can’t believe how much the other reviewers loved it. It is a dated property with friendly service in a good location. NEEDS FIXING: - replace pillows immediately! My only pillow was squishy and smelled like someone’s greasy hair. Yuck. - lower the rod for hangers in the closet! Not all guests are 6 ft tall. - install a few Grab Bars in the bathtub/shower! Prevent slipping and falling. - install a few hooks or a bar for the wet bath towel

  This has to be one of the best hotel I have lived in. Lovely concierges staff with special mention to Eden, she is absolutely amazing. Great location with amazing view from the room. This would be my first pick if I ever need to attend any conference in the ICC Centre.

  Wow! Amazing hotel. I loved every single second. The room was big, the hotel location was perfect too. The employees were super nice and friendly - especially Judy! Would recommend it. Have a nice stay.

  The hallway carpets were atrocious, but the rooms were ok. Definitely did not live up to any of the pictures. The parking is sort of limited, so if you come back to your room late at night you might need to park a bit farther, but still within the hotel lot. The cafe seemed overpriced so we stayed away and went to some of the local joints around the area

  Enjoyed my stay here. Pleasantly surprise all receptionist are able to communicate well in English. The room is spacious. However, no toiletries such as toothbrush or toothpaste available in the room. Hotel location is convenient to walk to nearby restaurants. Within walking distance to the Cheonjeyoun waterfalls, teddy bear museum, alive museum.
