  Complaints to the postman ㅡIf you make a registered delivery, but you don't set the time zone and just put the registered mail in the mailbox so it can be seen and don't even stamp it, it's just a letter, right? Why pay the registration fee?

  I understand that the post office has been implementing Saturday delivery since 2015. Why isn't the parcel that came from Cheonan Post Office delivered at 7 am on Saturday morning? Even if it is not accepted on Saturday, it will be delivered.

  The package arrived around 6:40 a.m. on Saturday and was not delivered.
