  My husband is French and doesn't know Korean. Please use the kiosk. Even when I said I couldn't do it, the staff was so unfriendly that I just left the kiosk blankly and said I never wanted to come here again. So my husband even said he would never eat his favorite Baskin Robbins ice cream again. The staff here used the kiosk. Instead of telling me what I couldn't do, I was very unkind and told my husband that he couldn't help me because I was using the computer to pay, so my husband just waited and left. I had a bad memory.. Today, I am posting this because an acquaintance of mine had a similar experience. I think it is something that needs to be corrected if the staff has made the same mistake and has absolutely no support for customers who cannot use the kiosk.
