::A rare coffee shop where you can feel the craftsmanship and love for coffee! A cafe that impresses with its meticulous care for its customers! I ordered two cappuccinos. One was a cappuccino made with oatmeal milk for vegans, and the other was just a cappuccino. (You can feel the ownerβs delicacy in having a menu for vegans!) First, they brew the coffee, let you smell the scent, and then pour in the milk to complete the cappuccino! He taught me that there is a golden time for coffee, that you should eat it when the foam is still thick, and that you should try it in a porcelain cup. He explained how to enjoy the coffee he made at the best quality! Even though I ate it in a paper cup because I was getting takeout, it was really foamy! The coffee made with oatmeal milk was more chewy, so I had the interesting experience of feeling the texture in the coffee as well. The restrooms were clean and I could feel the ownerβs love in every corner of the store! I remember the phrase written in the bathroom. The phrase that says the best coffee is never created by accident! It was a store that made me feel good to see that they were working hard to share the best taste for the best coffee. Also, the fact that women's products were stocked in the private cafe was another point where I felt thoughtful consideration. Next time I go to Beolgyo, I will definitely go again. This was the most enjoyable cafe on this trip! (I looked up the baristaβs Instagram and there was a post saying that guide dogs for the visually impaired are welcome. Itβs cool!) I'm rooting for you.

::Feels like everything is made from the heart :-) Smooth yummy coffee :-) Never been into carrot cake but this blew my mind :-) moist and tasty with cream cheese and rum filling and topping :-D Cafe has nice ambience :-) cool place to hangout and relax :-)
