  I went to this hospital for inpatient treatment for a ruptured lumbar disc. Why are the doctors in charge of the spine center and nurse J* at the counter so unfriendly? I think everyone knows that this kind of attitude towards patients deteriorates the quality of service of the entire hospital. It was very unpleasant. I understand that it's difficult because there are so many patients, but I don't understand it from the patient's perspective.

  As a university student living in foreign country I feel little worry to go to the hospital but after experiencing Busan Korea Hospital I will definitely recommend you to go to this hospital The best hospital in Busan staff are very friendly . As a foreigner I don’t know much about Korean language but they use translator to guide me which helps me very much. All the staffs are too much polite that I feel like I am living in home. They don’t make me feel like a foreigner they treat me so well . I am so much thankful to your best service GOD bless you all .

  I really don't wanna visit this hospital, workers are so rude. They behave like as if i came to hunt them. they treated so rudely while asking some information at information desk. You can't even have a cross question. Actually i have been taken by ambulance here ,after 2days examination and counseling by doctor like it made me feel so bad that. I stopped my examination here.I visited different hospital. It was way better than this hospital.

  If you're thinking about going here, don't. I was suffering from (probably) lymph node pain for almost a week. When I came here, the doctor didn't bother with actually examining me properly and prescribed amoxicillin (antibiotics) straight away. Really unprofessional. And I still have no idea whether it was lymph node or something else. One of the worst hospital visits I ever had in Korea.

  It is an orthopedic hospital that specializes in fractures and provides integrated nursing care services. It is a hospital without guardians. I wonder if it was because of that time, but it seems like it is a mess!! The parking at the hospital is so stingy!! You put in a lot of effort, but it seems like it is too calculated!!!
