::I came here for a company event. The buffet is delicious, and the staff are friendly. The parking lot is spacious and easy to park in. The view from the third floor (where the restaurant is) is beautiful. It's a bit far from the subway station but right across from the bus station.

::Songdo Central Park Hotel has a lot going for it. The view from the 10th floor over Central Park was stunning, and the location is ideal, especially if you’re attending a conference at Convensia, which is within walking distance. The room, while old-fashioned, had a charming character, and I found it well-maintained despite previous reviews about it being dated. The cleaning service was excellent, and the bath, complete with jacuzzi features, added a nice touch of relaxation. The WiFi connection was strong, and free water was provided daily. It was also convenient to have a microwave, cutlery, and glasses available in the common areas, making it easy to prepare food and eat in the room. There were a few downsides, however. I arrived two hours before check-in, and although the room was ready, I was charged an additional 33,000 won, which felt excessive given my longer stay. The bathroom had no towel racks, and while the room itself was spacious, the closet was surprisingly small. The TV offered only one English channel, and the electrical ports were loose, making it difficult to keep adapters plugged in securely without propping them up. Finally, I found the coffee prices high, nearly double what you’d pay at a local coffee shop. These small inconveniences affected the overall experience, though the location and views remained the highlights.

::Did not meet expectations The airport transportation issue is a deal breaker for most people traveling by air to Incheon. The Central Park Hotel often has 2 to 2.5 hour delays between rides to and from the airport. I was stuck behind some Chinese people, who did not have their documents in order in customs at the airport and missed the airport bus to the Central Park Hotel. The next 6777 airport bus was not going to pickup for another 2-plus hours. I had to pay 40,000 won to get a taxi to the hotel, or else burn the whole afternoon at the airport. Going back was even more problematic. The hotel gave me an inaccurate map for the location for the bus stop for the returning ride to the airport. I followed the diagram on the map, and the bus sailed right passed me enroute to the correct bus stop. I had to walk over to the Sheraton Hotel. They helped me get a ride on an airport bus within about 15 minutes. I would not recommend the Central Park Hotel unless you have someone picking you up, or you love paying 40,000 won for a taxi ride. Pros: Space Clean Bathtub Great furniture Costco nearby Central Park reasonably priced Con Erratic airport transportation Handing out bad maps and misinformation about the airport transportation 40,000 won unplanned taxi trips back and forth to airport The electrical outlets were too loose to charge phone and computer

::Nice, clean hotel, convenient location. Receptionists do not speak English very well. The rooms are dated and need refurbishing. Bring your own travel iron, I had to wait 3 days for room service to bring mine. Bath tubs have a jacuzzi function which is nice. Overall nice hotel with dated furnishings, but don't expect flawless customer service.

::Spacious and clean with great water pressure. The aircon works great no issues. The beds were soft. The view overlooking apart is beautiful. Overall a very elegant and clean feeling. Plus the front staff speaks English. Would definitely recommend
