  Delicious and friendly! Each Kyochon restaurant offers a slightly different taste. It's nice here^^

  It took an hour and 45 minutes to receive delivery. At first they said it would take 80 minutes and I wondered what could have taken so long, but it took longer than that. I called to ask when they would arrive in about 60 minutes, and they said they were preparing the sauce and would arrive in 10 minutes, but it took 45 minutes after that. I won't do it again

  I need to get some customer service training again for those who answer the phone. Yes, I said this, but it felt like I was being sarcastic rather than being polite. I told them that a specific menu was out of stock and asked them to recommend a similar menu, but they didn't know what I wanted, so I looked at the menu and called again, and they said that all of the combo menus were sold out. I asked if they should have informed me that way a long time ago, but they didn't even apologize and just made excuses.

  Boss, please check the training of part-time workers. Even if it's not friendly, shouldn't it at least be rude? When I told him about using the gifticon, he sighed and said that he had to start over from the beginning and that I shouldn't have told him in advance. He responded with a sarcasm. He was furious, but I didn't have any money so I'll stop here. Still, since it's chicken, I'll give it one extra star.
