  Visited on April 15, 2024. A restaurant I visited for lunch before visiting Naganeupseong Fortress. There is a restaurant area in front of the Naganeupseong parking lot. There were two restaurants that served (Beolgyo) cockles on the menu, and I chose this restaurant. For reference, the two restaurants have the same menu composition and prices, so they probably go hand in hand. Since we visited around 1:30 PM on a Monday, the restaurant was quiet and there were only one or two other people besides us. The restaurant's meal menu was simple, consisting of three types of set meals, bibimbap seasoned with cockle vinegar, and Jjangtungotang (jjangtungeotang), but I ordered the Daegamjeongsik because I wanted to try all the dishes. The Daegam set menu included all the food sold at the restaurant, including boiled cockles, grilled cockles, grilled lamb, seasoned cockles, cockle pancakes, jjangsungeo, octopus scallops, and self-made bibimbap, and they were all delicious. As of that day, it was 22,000 won per person, but considering the quality of the food and the number of items, the price was not that bad, and although it was a restaurant in a tourist area, satisfaction was high. There is a parking lot in front of the restaurant, but the Naganeupseong parking lot is also very close, so I parked there and walked.

  Boiled Cockles is a highly recommended restaurant!^^ It’s a large set meal for two people~ I wasn’t expecting much since it was a tourist restaurant. I came here with the idea of ​​trying a variety of cockles. I enjoyed it so much. The large and soft boiled cockles were the most delicious, and a little salty. The cockle pancake is also delicious~ The dough is very savory. It was my first time eating Jjangtungeotang. A boring version of Jeolla-do style loach stew? I finished one bowl in no time^^

  I looked for some light restaurants for breakfast, and they were all set-up restaurants. I had the 15,000 won set meal and it came with a variety of dishes, from fried cockles to soybean paste stew and steamed fish. It was delicious as a side dish and not salty, and it was slightly sweet so it was good to eat for breakfast. The boss is also kind~

  This is a restaurant near Naganeupseong Fortress in Suncheon. Bibimbap with seasoned cockle vinegar and basic side dishes are not salty and very tasty. I ordered a set meal and I was full. The octopus horong is very delicious.
