  0.5 Not even 1 point is worth it. We often deliver registered documents to other people, and in other regions, international registered documents are delivered on Saturdays, but to Chungju, they are not delivered at all. If you call on Saturday to go and get it in person, you won't get a call at all. What are you doing?

  How do I call hundreds of items every day? Any thoughts? These are people for whom time is money.

  The employees are nice, but it's really bad that when delivering a parcel, they don't even call to see if the recipient is at home.
