::DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU HAVE AN AMERICAN CITIBANK ATM CARD! There is something wrong with the ATM connection to the servers in America and I could not withdraw any money from any of the 6 atms here. When I walked 16 mins to the other Citibank, I had no issues taking out money. Other Koreans were also getting failed transitions as well so I say donβt waste your time at this branch.
