  Very old, outdated room. Dusty, dirty, as I found strands of hair in the room. Did not provide any amenities, not even shower cap. Lady at front desk in the morning of 11 Dec was inpatient. It is definitely not 4 star, more like motel. Restaurant looked modern but very bad room.

  As a tourist, it’s in nice location and a lake behind. Room was big and buffet breakfast was nice too.

  Terrible hotel. You have no control over the AC so the rooms are really hot during the summer. For a 4 star hotel it is really dated and old. I would avoid this hotel especially during the summer due to the lack of AC.

  Right by the lake. Great view and quiet. Unfortunately no air conditioning in the room. We had to ask for a fan to keep cool during the night. Clean and comfortable otherwise. Staff were helpful especially when I needed help with finding a doctor. Ordered me a taxi and told me if the clinic was unable to communicate then to tell them to call them so they could translate for me.

  Sadly this hotel needs a bit of improvement, quite dated and showing signs of age. The staff are fine but last night one of our meals was forgotten for half an hour, so it only arrived after we asked twice. We felt that the kitchen was possibly under-staffed and they were struggling to cope with the demand. The breakfast is basic, fruits were frozen and took ages to warm up to become edible. Despite all that, it’s a good location for local attractions.
