  Excellent hotel with modernized common areas with excellent services by staff members. Very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are clean with filtered water dispenser. They even offered us two free breakfast buffet which has excellent selection of food considering it's 'breakfast'. Common areas are very well maintained.

  Service: Had a one night stay here during my trip to South Korea, excellent services. Smooth process from check in to check out, special thanks to the front desk staff Elena. Furthermore, I was offered the choice of breakfast or lounge access by using Club Marriott offer and being a Gold member. Room: Clean and tidy, and I would say the sound proof is well done. Location: Great, walkable to metro station and attached to a department store.

  Great front desk receptionists and concierge. Very helpful and always willing to assist. Rooms are as described. Love the toilets with automatic flush 😊 and the ever famous comfortable bidet. It's a luxury 👍 Best for location! It's near a subway, literally inside the mall, lots of 24/7 convenience store surround the area, nice walkable locals area for pubs and eateries. Reason for a lesser star: Booked with lounge access BUT lounge is totally basic. It isn't the same with North American, some Asian Marriott lounge accesses in terms of food/snacks, they don't do hors d'oeuvres nor do they do breakfast. It's very limited with junk snacks: jelly bean, candies, cookies, chips. I don't recommend booking the lounge at all.

  We stayed here two nights and we took the bus from the airport to the hotel and only 4 minutes walk after got off the bus. The check-in was a little slow, but the receptionist was so friendly. The location was really good. There was a big shopping center, underground shopping mall and subway stations next to the hotel, so convenient. The room side was good and clean.

  I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The staff was wonderful. Please promote Lucy Kim. She is great and helped me everyday with transportation or information I needed. She was always pleasant and kind and never seemed bothered by our many requests for assistance. Also, the breakfast in the restaurant was excellent. There is a shopping mall beneath the hotel that offers lots of great food and shopping including a Starbucks and an ice cream shop and lots of tasty treats. Well done!
