  Does CU have a policy that if there are no competitors nearby, store managers can operate as they please? I told the manager of the CU Yangju Station branch about the problem that the part-timer was unfriendly, expressing his bad mood through words and facial expressions, but he didn't hear a single word that he would improve or apologize, so instead, he shouted at me and criticized me right before leaving. Very, very unpleasant. When I asked whether dealing with customers was also a form of service, I heard the store manager reply, “Didn’t you just buy something?” Does CU provide training to only buyers who bought multiple items to treat them like human beings? Or should I have tipped you personally? The CU headquarters should take responsibility for the store manager who ignores part-time workers who do not have basic customer etiquette and does not take issue with this, and provide proper training to employees.
