  I don't know if they are employees or temporary workers, but the service attitude of about 80% is poor. Since this is a rural area, there will be older customers and you may face difficulties when sending overseas parcels or mail, but there is no helper and when you ask for help writing English while sitting on a chair, the attitude is only made up of excuses. It's really worse than in Seoul... I don't know if the higher-ups will see this, but please give your employees some character and attitude training. Is the post office not a private company and operated in this way? Come to your senses.
