  I am hurt by the unkindness of the delivery driver at Dongducheon Post Office. I couldn't receive mail at 12:56 p.m., so I asked for it to arrive after 2 p.m., but since it wasn't a passing time, they were unfriendly and told me to come to the post office and pick it up myself. Shouldn’t we promise to give and receive time to each other during working hours? They said it wasn't easy to get to the post office because it's in Bosan-dong, so I asked them to return it. I got angry and told them to return it, and they did. I can't have a representative, and I can't come at the right time. That's so unfriendly.

  Very helpful staff and they're efficiency is beautiful. The post office is foreign friendly you don't feel intimidated,because their staffs are friendly and helpful. Big ups to the staff ❤❤❤

  I parked my car and went to drop off a package, but I couldn't find a place to go and wandered around. It was a bit difficult to find it and get in.

I visited dongduchun post office and mr Kim he was working at package sending department and he is wonderful great customer service!! Thank you so much!
