  Nice hospital, we got help from Nurse Lee that was there with us from the moment we entered until we left the hospital. She explained us everything, wrote all the forms for us, chatted with us while waiting and translated our conversation with the doctor. Without her, our experience would have been way more complicated. Thank you again Nurse Lee and hope to meet you again in France or Indonesia !

  I was led to the family doctor 'department', and she told me an advanced lipid profile test wasn't possible to get at Dongeui Medical Center because it was controversial. She did give me information on where I could get it done at a different hospital, which is great, but I don't think I should have been charged for that simple visit. I was also charged earlier in a different department just to get other test results. A few years back they didn't charge me. However, the hospital, the assistance, and doctors, are very nice and efficient, so that at least is a good thing.

  Highly recommend Dong-eui Medical Center for any foreigner needing medical help in Busan! They have an office for international patients offering assistance in English and the staff helped me to find the doctor, to pay for everything and to translate, as well as explaining how to take my medication. They were really kind and my waiting period for the doctor was really short. The whole appointment plus medication was very affordable and there was a free shuttle bus from the station to the hospital.

  I needed to see an English speaking doctor, and found reviews online for Nurse Lee in Busan. I sent her and email and she replied very quickly. She organised an appointment for me and was there when I arrived. Nurse Lee helped with translation during the appointment, helped me pay and also directed me to the pharmacy. She was very professional and kind, and overall the experience was hassle free and also very affordable.

  Relatively overall medical service provided is fairy satisfactory. But maintenance & cleaning for rooms need to be enhanced and updated.
