  The doctor is good at treating patients, but I think his explanations are a bit poor when it comes to guiding the patient and checking his condition. The nurse is overly unfriendly and aggressive. While I was sitting on a chair waiting, a person who was hard of hearing went to the counter first, and I was taken aback when I saw that he was speechless. There is no specialized otolaryngology clinic near my house, and considering the doctor's skills, I would like to visit again, but considering the possibility of encountering the nurse mentioned, I do not want to go again. It seems like a hospital that makes you realize how important kindness is.
