    The day before I went for a checkup with my parents, a colonoscopy specialist contacted me saying they were adjusting the number of people due to a traffic accident, but it was difficult to change the schedule, so I decided to wait. Although I went with my parents, who are all responsible for sleep disorders, it took 30 minutes after my father came out before my mother could go in and get tested. My mother waited for over an hour I asked Nurse 1 when she would come in, and she said she would find out. She didn't come out for about 10 minutes, but then came out and took another client with her. So I asked another nurse 2, but it didn't come out again. I got a little irritated again with another nurse 3, and she said she would be back soon. I went with my parents, but even though there was a 30-minute time difference, It's not like they disrespect people's words, it just makes me feel bad, and no one even said a word of apology. It may have been unavoidable to wait, but Isn't it right to apologize for ignoring what was asked and not answering?

    Don't get a health checkup here... The kindness of the checkup nurses is roughly in line with the hospital level. The medical equipment wasn't very good (they asked me to raise my hand for each of the 3 levels of hearing on the left and right), the quality of the examination was low, and when I said I wanted to consult a doctor, they just told me to wait... They belatedly informed me that they had gone to eat and made me wait for 30-40 minutes. I woke up late during my sleep endoscopy and was told that meal time had ended and there were no coupons or other options.

    The two employees at the information desk had the worst tone and expression. When I asked if there were any precautions after polyp removal, they didn't tell me. You should have received a paper, but they said this and gave me a paper, so I thought I really received it, but I didn't. It's my first time at a place like this. I received the test without problems, but I don't think there was any explanation or patient management at all. Please don't do it again. ^^ Have a hard time.
