  This is a chain cafe in a convenient location. A Starbucks has opened diagonally across the street, so I wonder if it will disappear like the KFC next door. This building is old, but the tenant fees are high.

  There is a Starbucks nearby and several private coffee shops. If you want to have cheap and good coffee, it wouldn't be a bad idea to choose Ediya.

  It's a little unsettling because there's a Starbucks next door, but it's not a bad location, has a decent table, and it's perfect for sitting and reading a book while drinking a cup of coffee.
