  The place is overly rated in the advertisement. The rooms are run down and falling apart, and they charge you for everything but the toiletries

  We were able to accommodate a large group of us for a ski trip. The outdoor areas are interesting and the rooms are very Korean and outdated but there is hot water and a full size fridge and no one felt cramped. My only concern was the puppies left in the barn in the middle of winter. I know Korea let standards are not those that I am used to but this broke my heart.

  The scenery of the Elf Spa Resort Hotel covered with white snow looked spectaculous. It was truly the best place to stay in Gangwon-do (Winter Olympic Place 2018). After checking in, we didn’t go to our room right away. Instead, we looked around the resort and enjoyed winter. Elf Spa Resort Hotel had many entertainments for both kids and adults. There were Kid’s Cafe, Natural Snow Sled Park, swimming pool, Kid’s Park, and etc. My kids were excited because it was hard to see this much snow in Seoul. My kids made a snow man. My kids played with snow without feeling the cold. After making the snow man, they rode snow sled in a natural snow sled park. At the resort, there was a large size of slope. During the winter, the slope was used as a natural snow sled park. Elf Spa Resort Hotel sold and rented snow sleds. The resort had a restaurant, convenience store, seminar room, laundry room and etc. for the guest’s convenience. Also, there were many events like a magic show, catching trouts, and etc. After playing outside on the snow for a long time, we started to feel cold, so we went into our room. Words that we requested to write were on a pretty doorplate. We saw many foreigners inside of the resort. I guessed many of them visited Gangwon-do to go skiing and enjoy snow. Global, Winter Olympic Place 2018, Elf Spa Resort Hotel~!!! Looking at the resort from far away, it was gorgeous. I really suggest people to visit winter Olympic 2018 place, Elf Spa Resort Hotel during the winter.

  These guys leave their dogs chained up outside, year round, including in the snow. They dont get bathed, and they dont get any proper treatment. They never even get to go for a walk. They also have a "zoo" which consists of a bunch of boxed up animals to attract families. There is no compassion here, only profit seeking.
