I've always bought kimbap early in the morning before going to work, and the person making the kimbap was kind and sensible. (They were packaging two pieces at a time, but I said I only needed one. If it were somewhere else, I would have told them to buy two pieces, but they made one separately, and the next morning. When I asked the workers to make things earlier, they came out early the next day and made it for me, which is the kindness and kindness of a local mart.)
