  It's Eohligu Market, but Google shows it as a public market... It's the only kiosk, convenience store, and supermarket around here. I found this place because there was no restaurant or cafe after trekking along the old Daegwallyeong road. The owner's grandmother was very kind as she poured water for cup ramen and gave me radish she had made herself. I had a good rest.
