  I made a reservation for 10 am on November 29, 2024. I made an appointment at another dentist at 11 am. I visited at 10 o'clock and was told that the reservation time was 10:30. It came out right away. Isn’t 30 minutes a customer’s time? Would you like me to make an appointment at 10:30 and schedule another dental appointment for 11:00? Unfortunately, I don't have the ability to teleport, so I can't make that appointment. Whether the treatment was good or bad, they overestimated or not, they failed to keep the most basic time commitments, but I thought it was obvious even without looking at the other aspects, so I just left. You probably know better why you can't change the nurse who made the appointment with me. I've been to many dentists in my life, but this is the first time I've been to a place like this that can't even keep appointment times.

  I decided to have my oldest child receive orthodontic treatment here. I think the medical staff are friendly and good at what they do. My second child also started cavity treatment. The CEO seems like a nice person.
