::Like a few of the other arthouse cinemas in Seoul, the theater space itself is no frills, purely functional, so the magic comes from the cafe and the selection of films. Concessions costs were standard, but I think they don't want you taking items inside, which is a bit unusual. Easy fix is to get food items in a to-go bag, then take it inside. The chocolate brownie was quite good. They get the good indies here (I saw Paterson), but they don't have English subs for Korean films so you're pretty limited in options if you need English.

::Underground (literally) arthouse cinema close to Yonsei's east gate. Nice staff and impressive cafรฉ area with space for live events. Has 2 screens which are a bit small but you can see indie Korean films and quality foreign movies. Students should take advantage of this.
