  Service-wise pretty impeccable. I guess employees meet up to the expectations as the customers pay extravagantly. Rooms were okay. Very traditionally modern. Used 1st floor service a couple times for deserts, plating includes a surcharge and it is not worth it. You can still occupy larger room to be seated. For spa, I called back after hearing what time slots were available. They said it was fully booked within that time.. but I wasn't sure if that was true, considering how no one was in the lounge when I arrived in time. And I mean, going in/out the hallway was completely empty. And I heard no noise next doors. Spa package provided what I paid for. I have received similar cares many times in Singapore, at a better charge.. Must be that the competition is higher there.. I'm not sure of any fair explanation to the difficulty of booking in Korea as well as the unbudging cost, considering the cost of land in SGP and here. In sum, I can't really give a good rate. Better improve if it wants to cater to global clients.

  Located at the heart of Seoul, in Gwanghwamun, the Four Seasons is currently one of the most luxurious hotels in town. It has opened two years ago, and thus still feels very new and modern. The decor follows the typically sober Four Seasons style, with well thought-out details recalling the local culture. Rooms are spacious, with all the required amenities, and last technology. The beds are very comfortable. Breakfast is served on the lower level, at the Market Kitchen, with plenty of top-quality local and international options. Highly recommended!

  The hotel is very centrally located for sightseeing and is very beautiful (quite new). The rooms are very nice but a bit pricey - this is not a budget hotel! The management was very accommodating for early check in and check out. Really like the pool and gym here, and the executive area has very nice views of the area There's a 'secret' speakeasy bar in the basement that has an impressive decor and prices to match. Great place to impress someone.

  I remember that I went to the restaurant located on the second floor. Dinner course was less satisfying than I'd expected. Dessert and bass steak were great but I won't recommend the others. Also beef steak tasted poor, according to my company. But overall service, serving, and atmosphere were outstanding. I recommend this place.

  Most comfortable business hotel in Seoul. Bed like a cloud, very well set up working area, tasteful decor. Room is designed to foster both productivity and relaxation for road warriors. Detracting a star for terrible business centre, which is made up of 2 PCs on a single long desk in an open corridor next to an escalator. Don't plan on working there, troubling lack of privacy. In-room dining food is so-so, but never mind, you'll get the best night's rest among hotels of this class. Highly recommend.
