::Professional staff. Cansu and her crew are great. The location is very close to public transportation and attractions. If you do not need to be very close to a specific place in Seoul, it has a very convenient location. Rooms are comfortable and clean. It is spacious enough for long stays.

::I recently stayed here for about a week with my wife, and we had a fantastic experience overall. Our room featured a built-in washer and dryer, as well as a kitchen, and was quite spacious and modern. The facility was clean, and the front desk staff were very friendly. The location is convenient, with many popular tourist attractions nearby, and both the subway station and taxis readily available right outside the hotel. One thing to note is that the TV is not a smart TV, so if you plan to watch Netflix or any other streaming service, you will need to use their dongle, which requires streaming from your phone or tablet. Overall, it’s an excellent place for the price, and I highly recommend it.

::Been to Seoul many times but this is the first time I'm staying here. I was first greeted by two very lovely staff cansu and Phyllis who welcomed me and my family warmly. They were so hospitable that it really made my start of the holiday perfect. The rooms are neat and the view for our rooms are good too. The sauna on the top floor also is perfect after a day of walking.

::We had not a really good experience. We had a room at floor 3. The view is very bad. Our room smell like old smoking and look like everything is old (look picture). For a 4 stars and the price, we could not say is a good trip. However, good location and great fitness center. We share our feeling with the staff but they only propose an upgrade for higher price. We would not recommend this hotel.

::The room was clean and spacious, no noise of traffic and street even I stayed on 2/F so you could definitely have a nice sleep. My only complaint is the pillow was too soft for me.. staff were friendly and helpful. there are restaurants, cafe and convenient stores around the area
