  How do you manage your dealership? I have a small supermarket in Seoul for 11 years. I have been selling Chodang tofu for 10 years and thought it was a good product. But when I came to Gingorang, Gwangjin-gu and opened a store, I called twice and they kept not coming, so I called and the person changed so I couldn't. Another person came, and that person did not come, so I called and they said they were nearby, but after some time, I called, and a strange woman answered the phone and said she was sleeping. Haha, I was so angry that I called customer service the next day, and they said they would send it to the dealership, but there was no news. I changed again. I called him and asked him to take the item, and he answered well, but he never came back and didn't call back. It's not like everyone says the item is good. Please educate people properly first.
