The line was long, but the consultation was short, which was disappointing. I left the parking there, but it was outdated, so it took 30 minutes just to get my car out.

Even though I had back pain, I visited several times, but ended up getting the treatment elsewhere. I visited only because of his TV appearance history, but based on my experience, I didn't receive much help.

Summary: My father in his 60s returned to this hospital crawling on all fours after a procedure, but was sent home after 30 seconds without taking any action. He seems like a businessman who doesn't seem interested in the patient's treatment. After receiving a procedure on my tailbone on June 23, 2023, the pain did not improve even after a week and the pain became worse. Re-visited on June 30th. I bent my back more than 110 degrees and crawled on all fours to visit Dr. Godo-il again. However, since the effects of the procedure can take at least a month or as long as three months, he sent me home after less than 30 seconds of treatment and told me to get physical therapy today, get an injection, and come back a week later. The pain worsens after returning home. My calf hurts. The next day, July 1st, I visited another hospital and after consultation, the pain was so severe that I couldn't sit down and eat, so I had to lie down. An MRI at another hospital showed that the disc had already ruptured. Admission to another hospital on July 4th and surgery on July 5th. Not only did he not find a ruptured spinal disc, but the doctor's basic posture was wrong. I don't see them as patients, but as money. There are many reviews full of complaints about doctors. I hope you choose the hospital well.

My mom had back surgery here a few years ago, and recently got sick again and had the surgery again. A few years ago, I couldn't go for the procedure because I was busy, but this time I went with my aunt. I had a 2 o'clock reservation, so I went to the second floor by 1:50, but there were too many people. Even though the appointment time is 2 o'clock, I don't think it's an environment where I can receive treatment at that time. Because there are so many people... First, I waited for over 30 minutes, received a consultation for about 2 minutes, got an MRI, After deciding on the procedure, I waited for a while and consulted with another female doctor, who kindly explained the procedure. At that time, I first learned that Godo-il Hospital is not a surgical hospital, but a hospital specializing in procedures. Since the procedure does not remove the root cause, a repeat procedure is needed every few years. If it is too severe, they will write a opinion and guide you to another hospital. After giving me some time to think, my mom decided on the procedure! A coronavirus test was required for one-day hospitalization, so it was conducted. In the end, at around 5:40, when the patient was taken to the hospital room, the guardian could not go, so they parted ways and the mother received the procedure and moved to the hospital room. (There is no need for hospitalization for the procedure. However, it was decided to be hospitalized for billing of actual expenses and manual therapy, etc.) Anyway, I received a short treatment around 8:30 the day after the procedure, I checked the electrocardiogram, which I couldn't get because it was late the day before. I heard that you had a lot of things to do in the morning after receiving lymphatic therapy. We went to the hospital around 11:20, but unlike yesterday, there weren't many people on the second floor, so we thought we should come in the morning. That's because the director said he would leave in the morning and start treating patients around 2 o'clock. Somehow, it was already 12 o'clock, so I finished everything and applied for documents to claim actual expenses (they say it takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes to prepare documents, so you need to apply in advance. But I think it takes longer because everyone is busy). Even after eating at a nearby restaurant, I had to wait a while again to get my documents. After the procedure, you will need to receive about 10 injections once a month. I think it cost close to 3 million won. And the injection costs 200,000 won per time. After going to the hospital this time, I realized that the default is to wait a long time at a famous hospital with a lot of people. If I get sick again next time, I should consider surgery to properly resolve the cause rather than surgery. I think I should look for a hospital where I can receive treatment comfortably and comfortably rather than one that is famous. I thought about it. I felt bad when I saw so many people being sick at the hospital. I hope everyone stays healthy... Even if there are many inconveniences, I am grateful if my mother gets better after the procedure. I think it would be great if the hospital system got a little better. However, I think that it will not be easy because everyone wants to receive treatment from the director despite the discomfort. When I went to the hospital, the person installing the kiosk and the staff were having a meeting. I think there could be some improvement, right?

I was extremely frustrated by the phone staff when trying to book a reservation. I called to try and get treatment for back pain. I was told by the staff answering the phone: IF i book in the morning (around 11am) for initial consultation I may have to wait until after 1:30 pm or later for treatment. There was no guarantee that they could treat me quickly. I asked about an afternoon booking; 2:30 pm recommended by the staff but, she said that there is no way of knowing how long it will take for treatment after consultation. I asked how long and they said 2-3 hours. I asked why it would take so long and the staff responded because they didn't know what treatment i would need. So I asked then how do you know it will take 2-3 hours? So I asked her "is this an estimated average duration"? She responded "yes". So I asked her, then is most of the time spent waiting because initial consultation is about 10 minutes and treatment is a maximum of 1 hour? She responded "yes" I hung up the phone. You have a terrible reservation system with unpleasant staff that do not have any patience to explain procedures properly.
