::Good dress up stairs reasonable prices. Didn't feel rushed through picture taking. Some of the sets we're a bit dated and in need of repair and the ceiling was very low. Staff spoke very little English but we managed with the picture books, which was in English.

::The idea behind the experience at this photo studio is really cool. Overall, we really enjoyed trying on the hanbok, getting makeup and hair done, and we really enjoyed being goofy and having selfie time. Unfortunately, we didn't feel the place ran as smoothly as it could have. We made an appointment for 9:00 AM (when it opens) and we were 5 minutes early. We were the first customers there and we still had to wait behind other customers who walked in afterwards. As two American girls, we found the ladies working there were not very good at applying our makeup. The eyeliner was jagged and the false lashes were not applied correctly. I could have saved the 15,000₩ and done a better job myself. I was also a bit turned off by the reusing of dirty brushes and makeup sponges. The makeup on some of the other customers who were Japanese and Korean looked beautiful, however, it seemed that the workers were not adapted to accommodating western features. We were also annoyed that we couldn't mix and match the dresses and hairstyles. There were also some hairstyles on their website that were not available at the shop. Overall, if you are flexible, like to dress-up, and just enjoy it as a cultural experience, I think you won't be disappointed. Just keep in mind the quirks and inconsistencies.
