  We stayed three nights at Grand Hyatt, and I loved it so much ◡̈ our flights were delayed twice coming in, so we emailed ahead to inform them so they’d hold the room for us. The rooms were nice and clean, and the service was amazing from start to finish. The concierge staff were especially helpful - we wanted to try fried chicken from a shop we saw online, but couldn’t read the name of. So we approached the concierge for assistance, and they were so excited to help us. They guided us through a local delivery app (which was all in Korean lol), and even called up after to check that we had received everything we ordered properly. I’ve never had such end-to-end stellar service from a hotel before 🥲 am already looking forward to coming back soon, hopefully when the ice rink has been set up!

  Rooms were great. I was surprised there was a hole in my sheets and they allowed it. Overall service was warm and i felt it truly encompasses the grand Hyatt experience. A slight disappointment was the room service. We ordered the Belgian waffles and this was what we got. Frozen waffles, reheated and dusted with powdered sugar. C’mon guys for 28,000 Won you can do better than this!

  Isolated on a hill in Seoul, this is a place for escape. Views from the rooms and terrace are world class, the interior calm. Through the wall to wall windows in the rooms one soars above Seoul. The trees in the garden blaze in the autumn.

  We had a fantastic stay at the Grand Hyatt Seoul. Christina Lee was a wonderful host and made sure we were well taken care of. Our corner King Suite was spacious with great views, and the hotel’s gym had an impressive range of equipment for a hotel gym. The breakfast was solid and definitely a good option, even with so many great restaurants nearby. Overall, a very pleasant experience and we’d definitely recommend it.

  Great hotel but the room is very small and has a tiny bath room and a low ceiling even though it was renovated a few years ago because it was built a long long time ago. The staff were professional and helpful. The most impressive thing was the location of the hotel. I visited a few restaurants in the hotel and they were overall nice and the service was excellent!
