This is one of the best hotels that I have stayed at. From the front desk service, to the rooms allocated, breakfast were all 'DAEBAK'! What can I add? The hotel's location was perfectly located right on the beachfront with restaurants/cafes etc in close proximity of the hotel or within the hotel. Breakfast was deliciously presented with vibrant staff who were friendly & efficient. The room that we were allocated, including the bathroom was luxuriously decorated & very clean. Our stay was definitely amazing. I will definitely stay in this hotel again on my next trip to Busan.

Lovely staff, English speaking as well. Upper floors had a Starbucks, very nice upscale feel. Elevators a little slow despite having quite a few of them but great comfortable place to stay!

This is a lovely hotel and we had a great experience. It is the perfect location. The staff member at the desk Jaehong Park made our time soooo amazing, he is great!! The rooms are lovely and spacious. The pool gets very busy and I would have liked more seating for pool chairs, it was hard to get ones outside. I found the pool staff pretty abrupt and a bit rude, but other than that it is a lovely hotel and we had a great time!

Superb hotel with a great view. The rooms were clean and spacious. The bathrooms were very roomy with a good power showers. Slippers, shower caps, tooth brushes combs etc were provided on a daily basis. The hotel backed onto Haeundae beach with stunning views.

I stayed at the hotel this august for 3 nights. The hotel is β€œOK” at best. It is absolutely packed, there are only 3 elevators so you need to wait in line whenever you want to use it and the hotel staff is not the friendliest. Sorry, but this hotel is very very far away from a 5 star hotel.
