::Broke away from the Sheraton chain to save on the royalty a few years ago. The quality has not suffered noticeably. Still a great hotel with great service. The only complaint is something you can’t change: the location is really on the eastern part of Seoul and thus not very convenient from the 3 CBDs.

::The hotel is beautiful and the Vista side is very pretty. Our room was on the Walkerhill side, which was very small. Also, the floor was stained, which was gross. Unfortunately, the art hall was closed during our stay (which I was excited to see), and the cafe was closed too. The breakfast is super expensive too. The price was very steep for the experience we had. The best part was the footbath on the Vista side with the nice view.

::5 star hotel but rooms are even smaller than a holiday inn room in USA. There is no space in room to move. Very disappointing for $200 plus per day room tag. Bathroom is small with a glass door . It fades the beds. There is no privacy. Not good for families with teen kids. Away from main city. Food is overpriced.$46 for a pizza!!!!! $74 for breakfast buffet!!’ It’s not worthy of being called 5 star. Maybe a 3 star .

::Stayed at the club suite for two nights. We visited during the summer peak season so the whole hotel was very busy and we often had to wait to get serviced which is understandable. Room was clean but the couch smelled bad so we had a cover sheet on the whole time. Still it’s a very pleasant hotel with lots of little tracks to walk and explore, being situated at the mountain- which is rare to find in Seoul. The club lounge provides a stunning view overlooking the river. Food was impressive too - not a huge range but everything was delicious and fresh. Overall we had a very pleasant stay. Would recommend rooms with lounge access.
