  Terrible bank service, bad attitude towards foreigners, and a very long wait in line, the absence of half of the employees from here and a long wait in line!

  1. They do not speak English below at the regular bank. 1st floor regular/ 2nd floor Sunday foreign remittance lounge. Need to call KB customer service to possibly get things done. 2. Because of the language barrier, communication between tellers, helpers, etc can be quite tense. 3. Felt like the teller ( a tall woman) didn't want to help me and dismissed me. 4. Felt like customer service didn't want to push the issue. 5. I really liked Kookmin and banked with them for years(told other teachers about them, got people to open accounts there), but now I'm looking for better and faster service. Totally disappointed today. I hope Kakao Bank or Toss bank can be a good fit for foreigners who just want to bank without hassle. We need: - A foreign remittance process that doesn't request having to see documents after we have opened our accounts. It's redundant. - After hours methods to send money be it online or at the ATM. - A bank card that works online and abroad instead of having to use direct bank transfers to have to pay for things - Friendlier or more willing tellers that want to cater to foreign clientele. A Sunday just won't do. - Later hours, to possibly 6pm if possible. Please and Thank you.

  It takes a very long time. Parking is paid parking, but the number of people waiting for 30 minutes has not decreased even by a single person.
