::I called to ask if they were still hiring, and as I was answering the question, I suddenly heard people laughing in the background. (There is a recording) The person answering the phone is not currently an employee of Gunsan Medical Center. In some ways, they could be new employees, patients, or customers, but they are service workers. Looking at the phone attitude and service, it was obvious how much worse the abuse of power, office politics, and bullying would be in the actual workplace, so I refused.

::The emergency department chief is the king. When you wait for about 2 hours to get antibiotics, you should take them all the time. You should not take them after a while. This is an abusive employee who disappears after saying this. He pretends to be busy, makes the atmosphere cool, and is busy doing other things right behind him. Why can't he say that? Keep the hierarchy. Yes, there will be times when you experience the same thing ^^ I'm so distraught that I'm not going to be hospitalized.

::Food is not good. When introducing nutrition at Gunsan Medical Center, they said there were two options when it came to rice, but I was given tasteless rice without a choice. The only thing that tastes good here is water rice (rice mixed with water) and they don't let you leave the hospital. When I ask him if he wants to be discharged or why he has to stay, he doesn't give me a straight answer, which annoys me. No matter how you look at it, it seems like they are struggling to make more money. It seems like this hospital prioritizes money over people, as they discharge people because of homework or ask to borrow a computer.

::Good community hospital.

::Everyone who comes is a patient, but they have to wait too long..ㅠ It's not easy to make reservations over the phone, and even if you try to make a reservation at the clinic, they won't take you. I went for treatment a few times for a herniated disc in my back, and the doctor told me never to sit on a chair, but when I go for treatment, I have to sit in the waiting room for two to three hours. Treatment time is only 2 to 3 minutes. Whether it's the nurse in charge of the orthopedic surgery reception or the assistant, they are not friendly. It seemed clear that this was not a hospital that shared the pain of its patients. You can never find him smiling or laughing. While waiting in the waiting room, you can hear the voices of waiting patients and the receptionist raising their voices several times a day.. haha At least two stars because the doctor was kind. I went to the hospital with my sick body and registered, but my image was so bad even before I received treatment. I ended up moving to the hospital..ㅠ I can't tell you where, but the nurses at the hospital I'm currently working at are very friendly. They treated me like real family, so I wondered why I came now. The place we moved to was overflowing with patients, but the nurses spoke gently and were kind, and more importantly, they were always smiling! I sincerely hope that Gunsan Medical Center officials will also think again about how they treat patients as medical professionals.
