HOI YOON KIM
::This is a clean seafood stew. Even though itโs a holiday, a lot of people visit!

::Edible samgyetang with cordyceps sinensis. The chicken is a bit dry and the soup is not very thick.
0IN YUN
::Gwacheon Haesintang is said to be made with about 10 kinds of herbal medicine, chicken bones, and the most premium variety, Militaris Cordyceps sinensis, to make the broth. Maybe that's why the soup is authentic. Ogol chicken was much lighter and more flavorful than regular chicken. Even the so-called soft meat part had an excellent texture. They serve a whole live octopus right in front of you, and serve it generously with ingredients including abalone, scallops, clams, and shrimp. The taste of Ogolgye Haesintang was light and clean, so I could feel the original taste of the ingredients and felt healthy.

::My son doesn't like spiny fish, but he wants to eat seafood, so I looked for a restaurant with samgyetang and haesintang after passing Chobok Island and found Gwacheon haesintang. I went without much expectations as it was in the city center and was very satisfied, but the price was a bit high. Parking is free on the weekend...
