  Though there's a bus stop and convenience store nearby, the property itself is located in a quiet area, especially at night. It was quite tricky to find the property as it's located inside an alleyway. I stayed in an 8-person bedroom with a sharing bathroom, and it was quite clean and tidy. The whole property had controlled heating system which was really nice.

  Good hostel, location is Ok but nothing much to do at night. Rooms are clean. Small breakfast is offered. For the cheap price it is good!

  Good place for the price. Bathrooms a bit old but the style is quite cute and amenities are good. They messed up our reservation and double booked one of our rooms which was irritating but what can ya do. We will probably stay here again.

  This is the great place to stay. I been there for 6 night and this is the one of the greatest hostel when I have been. The owner is always help with any problem. Everything clean and looks good. Beds are perfect for the rest after the long way. And shower room big and clean. If I visit gwangju again some day, I will stay in GWANGJU BACKPACKER'S for SHURE!

  The owner is very kind and has been letting me stay for 2 months for free! His English is good and the guesthouse is very cozy. I met many nice people here and made a lot of good memories :)
