  Just as a restaurant loses business if its service is criticized, doctors' skills are undermined in the nursing management system. I understand why it is that kind of hospital. The guards and some nurses are definitely missing a screw.

  The tall nurse in the internal medicine department is pretty and kind, but the female doctor doesn't listen well to what the patients say. It feels like she's only talking about herself and trying to ignore me.
