::I was taken to the emergency room and received unfriendly treatment. When I was sick, every sound was annoying... Even when my fever rose to nearly 40 degrees, they were talking loudly among themselves. It was noisy.

::The service provided by the nurses on the 5th floor is not good. I didn't say anything because I had a patient, but I don't plan on going there again.

::I don't write reviews because I'm lazy, but I feel so bad that I look for reviews and write them. ; The nurses in the ward are probably ignoring me because I'm young; Are you taking out your anger? He said it in an unpleasant way and asked for a band because the bleeding wouldn't stop, but we told him there was no such thing and that it would stop if you pressed hard, but I didn't know that so you asked for it? Are there any hospitals without bands? You put on a band in the evening, but in the morning, the band that was there turned into a band that wasn't there. I had no choice but to thank you, I was able to get out of the hospital just by attaching what I had put on my forearm to the back of my hand yesterday.

::It's good to have a hospital with an emergency room in your neighborhood. And I think it would be better if the hospital was cleaner, kinder, and more comforting when you're sick. It would be nice if we worked for the community with a little more good will.

::I honestly don't like it. In a word, it is ‘the worst’. A while ago, I went to the reception desk on the first floor, and the receptionist's tone of voice was very tactful, which could be misleading. It wasn't great from then on, but I didn't know any hospitals around here, so I just applied. The internal medicine department on the 2nd floor felt like a regular internal medicine department, but the people at the reception desk right in front of the internal medicine department said that even if there was a person in front of them, they couldn't help but wonder if they were juniors sitting next to them. Rather than waiting, I thought the situation was unpleasant and ridiculous. If there was a person in front, he would quietly admonish me from behind, or if he would do something after the person had left. I told the other person who was trying to help me pay that I was uncomfortable, but he smiled and drank, so I said one more thing, but his facial expression was like he was serious about the truth. ha... It's really a waste of one star because the service training was a mess, but the nurse in the last injection room was kind, so I'm leaving one star. There is too much room for change to be called an improvement. Isn’t there a problem with the reception department?? Objectively, I am very disappointed in the service to say it is just one person's problem. Increase training time^^
