::I'm surprised by some of these reviews. I stayed here for over a week in two separate rooms and I had a phenomenal stay. Rooms were cleaned as requested everyday and fully stocked. They provide some free bottled water everyday which is nice. I had a minor issue with the TV and they had someone up to my room in 5 minutes. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Location is fantastic and cannot be beat. Highly recommend

::Great location near to stations and shopping malls . Affordable , good size rooms, very spacious and clean . The bathrooms need some serious upgrades . Carpets are worn out . The elevators open and close button donβt work . By no means this is a 4 star hotel .

::Room has big space and small kotchen corner and counter. The servicr ppl are super attentive and responding to requests. When you enter the first floor, you will see three hotel counters sharing the same building. So there is nor proper lobby. We staued 6 nights on the 14th floor. Other than that, don't expect much. The bed coudl be too soft. Room cleaning is basic, not super clean. Some days, they forgot to refill coffee packages. The bed sheet/blankets were simply left on the mattress, not well strecthed. In the bathtoom, it is not easy to avoid water flowing outside to floor. The carpet in the hallway looks dated and even fulthy near the elevator area. Also, there is no breakfast here. The good point is that it is right across the BEXCO.

::Conveniently located(it only took 20 minutes to the Haeundae beach by subway) and the room was clean and nice. There was also a unique foot massage shop on the ground floor for travellers, and it was surprisingly relaxing than i expected. Would definitely visit again.
