  I went to exchange money, and there were a lot of people, so I waited for a while, and when it was my turn around 4 o'clock, a young woman misunderstood US dollars as Hong Kong dollars, and proceeded to do so. They just throw in the change, pay a few dollars, and call it a day. The service is terrible. I wish they didn't respond to customers like this even though it was closing time.
