  If you've seen the reviews, it feels like the desk staff and dental hygienists have changed a lot and become friendlier. In the past, you had to wait more than 30 minutes even if you made a reservation, but now you don't have to wait that much. The doctor is friendly. There's nothing like that.

  Same-day reservations are not possible. Even if you make a reservation, the wait is about an hour. No public without reservations. Staff very unfriendly. However, the treatment fee is not exorbitant and the treatment is good.

  I was told I would have to wait for about an hour and a half, so I waited for two and a half hours. I inquired and they didn't even know I was waiting.   The nurses and information desk are very unfriendly. Even if you make a reservation, you have to wait.
