What are we going to do if we put an employee who can't speak a word of English there and have him work with foreigners? If you explained it in Korean, there would be no way for foreigners to understand it properly. The way they looked frustrated because they couldn't understand... Shouldn't they have just marked it as a foreigner-only counter? They should have had staff who could at least speak basic English, but it was bad to see that there were no staff.
