::Nice value for money hotel. Room was great, clean up was great. Peaceful hotel in a quaint part of incheon. Many international visitors, students, footballers as guests. Breakfast buffet was awesome ! Service staff looks a little bored and dont really smile.

::Stayed here the last two nights before heading back home, overseas. First room smelled strongly of smoke, obviously no one is checking the rooms before they are made available for guests. So we carried back our luggage downstairs and asked for another room. While we were waiting, we got courtesy vouchers for the cafe: limited to coffee Americano - so not even a coffee with cream - or an orange juice. Not the type of courtesy you'd expect from a 4 star hotel. Second room: bidet toilet seat and power outlet at bed side table did mit work. Stained furniture. Hotel staff would not look up to say good morning or good evening, did not ask if we enjoyed the stay or wishes safe travels. All not a big deal - but shows the service attitude. Location is great for the Open Port area incl China Town, market etc.

::Didn't feel like a 4 star international standard, more like a 3 star. Room design is basic and condition looks worn out. Bathroom is small and water gushes out from the shower area. Gym equipment are old and didn't have towels or water. Good for 1 night stay for transit to other places.

::The Harbor Park Hotel in Incheon, South Korea, offers a delightful stay with its exceptional amenities. The breakfast spread is particularly noteworthy, featuring a variety of both local and international cuisine to suit all palates. Guests will appreciate the convenience of having a 7-11 on the first floor, providing a range of snacks and essentials at any hour, which is a fantastic addition. The hotel's strategic location, comfortable rooms, and attentive service contribute to a memorable experience. Whether you're in town for business or leisure, Harbor Park Hotel ensures a pleasant and hassle-free visit, and a 5 minute walk to the train station.

::personally I feel the hotel is classic and very traditional hotel style with a grand entrance and nice environment, near to all tourist attractions, although the staff didn't smile a lot(maybe due to language barrier), but it doesn't affect the location plus point. it's the best hotel I been in Korea. as for the AC they have 2 type, 1 is heater and 1 cooler if don't understand how to use can ask staff to come up and the staff who come up is helpful and slowly guide us how to use it.
