  Had a wonderful stay at High 1 Palace and CC Resort for our honeymoon. The rooms were clean, spacious, and offered stunning views. The staff was friendly and accommodating. A perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend!

  I stayed at the Palace hotel (on of the High1 hotels). The room was clean, cozy, comfortable, with an amazing view from the window! There are a small convenience store, restaurant, cafe and sauna, also guests can go to the top of the mountain by cable car for free. The receptionist can speak English. Nice hotel

  Great place. I Stayed here over Christmas for Skiing. rooms had a fantastic view and only short bus ride to slopes. all fire walks in one of the other complexes near by. Highly recommended

  No valet parking. No baggage service. No 24 hour room service. You can not pay for ski school lessons for your children at this location (which includes rental/lift fee), so if you need ski school for your kid, do not stay here. WiFi was terrible in the Royal Suite room 507. Powder room bathroom toilet seat would not stay up. Master bathroom door would not stay open.

  Location : Good view but fear from everything. By the way hotel have free shuttel bus 24 hour. You can go to ski resort or downtown by shuttel bus. Clean : clean Facility : Have shower gel , shampoo, conditioner,body lotion, comb, 2 small towel, 2 big towel,free water 2 bottle, hair dryer, refrigerator, TV, heater, bathtub , free ice. Service room : Have service room untill 11 : 00 pm. Wifi : Have free wifi very fast. Car parking : Have car parking. Price : We got a good deal. Room + ski package not expensive. Staff : Can speak English, friendly and helpful.
